Neil (Governer [Totilas] x Fanita keur IBOP sport(dres) [Vivaldi]) is an Approved Stallion with the KWPN. Imported by Grand Prix rider Patricia Becker to the US in 2023, for the goals of top sport. The pair will begin competing during the 2024 winter season in Wellington. He is proudly owned by Patti’s longtime supporter and friend, Barbara Cadwell. His walk and canter are true highlights, both scoring 9’s in his Performance Test.
