Houdini

Houdini, aka LT, is a lovely, compact stallion by Diamant de Semilly. Before importation to the US as a young horse, he successfully completed the 70 day test at Ermelo for KWPN and was fully approved. In Europe he competed in the young jumper classes. His sire, Diamant de Semilly needs no introduction as he has spent several years in the top spot on the WBFSH Leading Sires Rankings. His dam sire, Emilion, Keur stallion with the KWPN, was likewise successful in both the breeding shed and in performance, winning several international Grand Prix and World Cup Qualifiers.

Houdini was imported to the US to continue his career in the Junior Jumper division with a teenage rider. LT has a huge step, impeccable rideability and a fantastic technique that make him the perfect mount for the professional and the junior/amateur alike. His temperament is easy-going and sweet, making him a barn favorite.

He is full brother to grand prix jumper, Eblouissant-B in France. Houdini's offspring in Europe have competed in the youngs jumpers as well as in the US in the Hunters and Equitation. His daughter, Hadilina Z (ds Guillard de la Pomme) produced BWP provisionally approved stallion, Qatar Tivoli (2020 s. Qatar ter Saleghem). His son, Le Diamant qualified and competed in the THIS Adult Medal Finals at The National Horse Show in 2024. 

Houdini has been retired from sport and will be available throughout the 2026 breeding season. As a carrier of WFFS it is advised that mares be checked for WFFS prior to breeding.
