Obi-Wan B

Obi-Wan B has limitless scope and a docile temperament which he passes on to his offspring. He competed in the Young Jumpers where his power and ride-ability shone through - due to his even temperament he makes a wonderful amateur's horse.

His foals have scored Elite scores as well as earned the H-Label (Hunter) predicate from the BWP/NAD. His oldest offspring will be starting in the Young Jumpers in the coming years. His 2024 filly, Beru della Terra CA earned the highest H-Label score in North America of 86.25. His 2020 colt, Unbridled Fury, is showing great potential as a top level dressage horse. 

Obi Wan earned full approval with BWP and BWP/NAD in 2019, meeting all performance, veterinary, conformation and inspection criteria. The judge commented: “Good conformation of topline and rectangular frame; good impulsion from hind quarter, jump shows a lot of scope and power in take off, and a great stallion expression.”

In 2021, Obi completed the North American Stallion Sport Test, where he finished reserve champion, achieving the highest scores in both scope and overall impression. After completing the test he was approved by GOV, Westfalen and Hanoverian for North American breeders. Obi’s first offspring have inherited his gentle temperament, bone and lovely canter. Obi was started by and competed up through the 1.40m divisions with Robert Mendoza. He has also been a mount for both his Amateur Owners in various AO jumper divisions.
